We enjoy being attorneys!
… because we are invigorated by working together with our clients,
… because we experience people in special situations in their lives and are able to help them to get through these situations with positive results,
and we like to be attorneys because, contrary to working in the legislative field and in the judiciary, we experience the success of our work alongside our clients.
We enjoy discussions with our clients, determining a goal and developing the best strategies as well as researching winning arguments, negotiating with our clients' business partners to the constructive, mutual benefit of the partners or - in the case of litigation - exploring the possibilities for conducting the proceedings and taking evidence.
What motivates us: When we succeed in showing a solution to the client even in difficult circumstances and experience the satisfaction of the client when a positive result is achieved even in extremely difficult negotiations and when the client discovers that there is a solid legal foundation for reaching the goal.

In the meantime, the firm has developed additional core practice areas, especially in the fields of real estate, corporate law and inheritance law.
We place emphasis on advising mid-size companies ranging from the individual businessman to large service providers with large numbers of employees in all business related areas, commercial law, corporate law, fair competition law and labor law.
Our clients include financial service providers as well as companies such as
